Enjoy Tomato Season With Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella

Serves 6-8 Dessert Nachos Dip

Ingredients 8 oz. Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics® Mascarpone cheese

3 Tbsp. honey

1/8th tsp. cinnamon

1/4th tsp. vanilla extract

1 tsp. lemon zest

The delightful crunch of these cinnamon-sugar coated “churro chips” pairs perfectly with the subtle sweetness of the Mascarpone dip and fresh fruit. With just a touch of chocolate and a hint of mint to finish it off, these dessert nachos are so tasty you might not want to share!

Step 1 Pre-heat oven to 400. Mix all dip ingredients together in a small bowl and place in the fridge to chill until firm. Step 2 Cut tortillas into 8 triangles each; place in large bowl and cover with butter and toss. Top with sugar and cinnamon and toss until evenly coated. Nacho Ingredients 8 6″ flour tortillas 2 Tbsp. melted butter 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. cinnamon (mix & reserve 2 Tbsp. for garnish) 1 c. strawberries 1 c. blueberries 2 Tbsp. mint 4 Tbsp. chocolate syrup Step 3 Place batches of single-layered chips on large baking sheet and bake at 400 for 8-10 minutes at a time. Step 4 After baked, arrange chips on a platter around the dip. Place fresh fruit and mint all over chips, garnishing by drizzling chocolate syrup across all and dusting with reserved cinnamon and sugar.
