2018 Crave Brothers Cheese Professional Chefs Recipe Contest

 Waterloo, WI, February 14, 2018—Professional chefs and student chefs currently enrolled in a culinary school chefs’ program have until March 31 to enter the Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese Professional Chefs’ Recipe Contest, offering more than $4,500 in prizes.  For a chance to win the $2,500 First Prize, submit your favorite original recipe featuring Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella or Crave Brothers Mascarpone. The Second Place winner will receive $2,000, and the Third Place prize is a Crave Brothers cooler tote filled with a selection of award-winning Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Cheeses and a cutting board. 

 Professional chefs and chef students are invited to submit recipes suitable for adding to their menus or being featured as menu specials. To qualify, recipe entries must yield 6 to 8 servings, must be typed rather than hand-written, and must include a photograph of the completed dish. Recipes and photos will become the property of Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese, and may be used in the company’s promotional programs at its discretion.

 Recipe entries in any of the following three categories are eligible: Side Dishes (including salads) that incorporate Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella and/or Crave Brothers Mascarpone; Entrées made with Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella and/or Crave Brothers Mascarpone, or Desserts featuring Crave Brothers Mascarpone. Contestants may enter more than one recipe. Judges will be looking for the most innovative and creative recipes with the best flavor.

 Professional chefs and chef students should email their entries for the Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese Professional Chefs’ Recipe Contest to Beth Crave at beth@cravecheese.com by midnight, March 31, 2018.  Contest winners will be announced on June 4, 2018.
