Shrimp Tartlets


  • 1/4 pound shrimp, cooked and chopped
  • 3/4 cup mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup shredded Swiss cheese
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese, freshly grated
  • 1/4 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/8 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
  • 1 can flaky biscuits (12 ounces)
  • Paprika, to taste

Directions: Split each biscuit into 3 pieces in their natural layers.  The flaky biscuits pull apart easily.  Spray mini muffin tins lightly with cooking spray.  Press dough into lightly greased mini muffin tins.  Mix shrimp, mayonnaise, cheeses, Worcestershire and Tabasco.  Fill each pastry with the mixture.  Sprinkle with paprika.  Bake at 350° F for 10-12 minutes.  These also freeze well.  Reheat in 350° F oven until center is warm.

Yield:  10-12 servings
