Make the Wisconsin Connection: Crave Brothers Petit Frère® and Cranberries

Discover the marriage of Wisconsin flavors for yourself, by pairing Crave Brothers Petit Frère and freshly made cranberry sauce.  All it takes is a few minutes and a few ingredients to make classic cranberry sauce:  For one pound of fresh cranberries, bring two cups of water and two cups of sugar to a boil.  Add cranberries and freshly grated zest from one lemon or one orange. Simmer until the cranberry skins pop, about five minutes. The recipe yields four cups of cranberry sauce. Spoon slightly warm or chilled cranberry sauce over slices of Petit Frère. If desired, serve with walnuts and crackers, or a thinly sliced baguette.
