Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Olive and Mascarpone Dip


  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen spinach, defrosted
  • 2 cups mascarpone, at room temperature
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan or Asiago Cheese
  • 5 tablespoons olives (any variety), finely chopped
  • juice of 1 fresh lemon


Squeeze as much water as possible out of the defrosted spinach.  In a medium bowl, stir all the ingredients together until evenly combined.


You can serve the dip with any of the following:

Carrots, Radishes, Cucumbers, Peppers, Treviso leaves, Cherry tomatoes, Focaccia strips, Bagel chips, crackers
