Crave Brothers Farmstead Classics Petit Frère Puffs

  • 1-8 ounce wheel Crave Farmstead Classics-Petit Frère
  • 12 puff pastry shells
  • 6 tablespoons dried cranberries, minced, divided
  • 4 tablespoons minced walnuts, divided
  • 6 tablespoons apricot jam, divided


Bake puff pastry shells according to directions on the package.  When shells are baked, remove from oven and do not remove from baking sheet.  Pull off the tops, set aside.  Cut a small wedge of Petit Frére and place in each shell.  Divide the cranberries, walnuts, and apricot jam among the 12 shells.  Take reserved tops, and place them back on the shells.  Return to the oven for 5-8 minutes so cheese melts.  Serve immediately.
