Ingredients
1 1/3 cups milk
1/2 cup olive oil
2 Eggs
3 1/2 cups tapioca starch or tapioca flour
20 oz crumbled Crave Brothers Cheddar Cheese Curds*
2 tablespoons fresh honey
1 container Crave Brothers Mascarpone Cheese
3 teaspoons red pepper flakes
1 1/2 teaspoons fresh minced rosemary
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 425ºF. Spray a mini muffin pan and set aside.
Place milk, oil, eggs, flour, and cheese into a food processor and run until the ingredients come together.
Fill each muffin cup to the rim. Place in the oven on the middle rack and reduce the heat to 410 degrees. Bake for 12 - 15 minutes or until the tops bounce back when touched. Remove from the oven and after a few minutes turn them over or turn over onto a wire rack.
Heat a small serving bowl in the microwave until warm, about 25 seconds. Stir in the honey, mascarpone, rosemary, and salt. Taste and adjust seasonings to your taste buds.
Plate these amazing cheeseballs with the mascarpone spread! Enjoy!
Note: Not saying these won't be gone in minutes, but if needed, reheat in a 400 degree oven for a few minutes.
