Ingredients
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 tablespoon champagne vinegar
kosher salt and black pepper to taste
1/2 cantaloupe, honeydew melon, or heirloom melon sliced
3 ounces Serrano Ham thinly sliced
8 ounces Crave Brothers mozzarella, torn into bite-size pieces
mint leaves, for serving
Preparation
Whisk together the oil, vinegar, and 1/4 teaspoon each salt and pepper. Divide the melon, serrano ham, and mozzarella among 4 plates and drizzle with the dressing. Top with mint leaves.
