Dress the salad with a vinaigrette seasoned with fresh parsley, green onion, a teaspoon of sugar, and ½ tsp. each of dried basil and dried marjoram.

Using an 8-ounce container of Crave Brothers Fresh Mozzarella, slice the ovolines ¼-inch thick. Combine ½ pint of fresh strawberries with 3 Tbsp. sugar, and add to the Fresh Mozzarella Slices.  To make the dressing, blend extra virgin olive oil, fresh mint leaves and balsamic vinegar in a blender, then pour over the salad; toss before serving.
